I purchased this today and followed all the configurations and changed all the lines covert PVP to PVE to false and PVE to PVP true and set it to 1.0 for PVP and no matter what I do they spawn as PVE.

heya, 1.0 is 1%, change it to 100

that setting will override Convert PVE to PVP.
