Teleport destination is obstructed.

The following error is displayed:
Teleport destination is obstructed.

I am an administrator and have granted permission for this plugin.
The location is a buildable area and I have TC permission.

I have also granted permission by adding 100 "Extra portal limits from permissions" under "[Limits]".
Please tell me the cause and how to resolve it.

I will check this and i will let you know whats the problem

In config file change this option [Teleport] Safe-check radius for obstructions (meters) lower for example change to 0.3 and try place portal again (sorry for delay i had some problems )
