Tugboat moving

Hello, I do have a problem spawning the world when i come to a house the tugboat was moving krazy! 
Is there any fix to it?

And the physics.gravity "1" dont work at the server.cfg

Hi, theres still some holes in the map, In the center of the station theres a hole following to a abyss, you fall and die! And can not reconect because you are under the map

There also some problems at a vent in the right down in the map that you can not even go out for the monument, the vending machines from the space station dont work or you can only buy with drone.

There is also a problem with looting barrels in the road path (none loot or barrel to take, also any crate to get papers to the tier), also the tank is getting bugged in the road.

There is also a message if you go on top of any recycler, the game kicks you for flyhack even if you have a anti-flyhack pluging.
