Question on plugin function with another

Hi so i'm using a plugin named Customizable Protection/Weapons and i know its possible i might be clueless or doing something wrong.

 

But how do i go about getting the items to link? I.e Customizable Protection Lets me set a custom stats on the Armor piece. while it has Legendary Perks.

 

For instance i have a Armor that gives 3x the stat values in protection but i want it to also  have the perks from this as a special item.

 

I know it's possible but struggling to find a way.

 

Some said you leave the Info under  this plugin blank beside name/perks while other holds Skin ID/Name as well and the stats
