Economics/Scrap/SR

I have been using Total Control from the start and its GREAT.  I have figured out all my little mistakes with the plugin and everything is perfect 
There is just one issue I'm struggling with. 
After every server restart or wipe or shutdown down and reboot I need to log in and use the /tc command to pull up the UI and set the rewards back to ECO from false. 
I might be missing something here but I need to log into Rust to set it each time. 

I only use Economics and no schedule on anything.

Does the Eco turn back off after each restart? or is eco not being rewarded after each restart and having to press Apply?

Ill look into this, I'm hoping to release a new update I've been working on for a while now some time in the next week or 2 ill make sure to check this out before i release.

It turns off and I have to set it back to ECO again and then click apply. 
I have checked in the config and it does not change anything in the config. it remains on the desired setting but in the UI its off and does not award any ECO to players until I set it back on. 
Now I also have to add that it's not happening at every server restart but 100% if I Shut down the server or wipe the server. 

On a normal restart its about 50% of the time.
