does it come up in the chat

hi good afternoon I just wanted to know does it come up in the chat like if you need a drone drone delivery then just just type  /deliver

Yes, if you watch the video the first thing you do is type /deliver and the purchase drone menu pops up.

I don't think you understand what I mean yes I know that but other people on the server don't know it would be nice if it would pop up in the chat to let people know that the type / deliver for a drone delivery

Ah I see what you mean.

Personally, I don’t do informational messages within my plugins unless there is an absolute need for it. A lot of server owners don’t like chat spam and use other plugins like Welcome Panel or Server Info plugins to convey information like that. 
 

If the plugin is robust with a lot of moving parts or commands I will sometimes implement a help menu within the plugin, but for ease of use I try to keep the commands to a minimum or guided by a GUI interface.
