Hotbar Stack Size Limter

What the video is attempting to show is. the "Limit Stack Size in Hotbar" option only works if the item that is stacked is in your inventory and then dragged onto your hotbar.

If it comes into your inventory and goes to your hotbar stacked right away, it does not limit it.

This is the normal behavior. If you give an item through the console, the item has no origin container where the plugin can put the rest of the stack so the limitation is not applied. I don't think this is big because it only affects admins and not regular players.
