Workshop Community Skins Pack for XSkinMenu | .json version 1.1.0

could you help me with this pack, ive had it several days and cant get anything to download..it shows all the entities but the never skin, and in console all i get is dowload timed out..it works fine if i go with default skins from just your program..loading the file i changed the name to skins.json and it replaced the file that was there..please help

Hello. The plugin only provides the game client with SkinIDs.

Skins are only downloaded and displayed on the game client. If none of the skins from the pack have been downloaded, then there is something wrong with your Steam or Game client.
