Players have reported — and I was able to reproduce it as well — that stacked boxes are destroyed when one of them is reskinned to one of the new DLC skins. From my testing, it seems to happen most often when the bottom box in the stack is reskinned.

This is very normal, because you are not only changing the kin, when you change the skin the entity type of the new DLC boxes is also changed, and for this I can not do anything
