Application Error on Start

Getting this on Startup 1.7.3

Windows up to date. 
Drivers up to date. 
The old version worked fine. 1.7.2 was using it just before update. 
Then got this when I ran the application.

jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.
