Installed your new and improved config file and nothing has been fixed. the auto pet isn't working, the artificial sun and percentage isn't working, the food is still decaying. I have assigned myself the default permission. Please advise...

I lloked at your config file and noticed for Hitch & Trough under the "Limit (-1... line you have the following entry; "Enable Customization. Default false": true,

I entered this line in the "Chicken Coop" and "Beehive" lines underneath and saved the file.

When I reloaded the UIF plugin, oxide.reload....... the console showed the customization had been applied the reset.

Customization is enabled for Hitch & Trough but not for Checken Coop or Beehive.UIF02console.jpg.543ea7649b35420668d4d5493cdeab47.jpg

The reset doesn't mean anything; it's a message that prints when you reload the plugin.
I gave you the correct configuration for the default group!

Open the chicken coop and click on information (top right button), and send me a screenshot

Also run this command and send me the console output:   oxide.show perm ultimateindustrialfarm.default

Don't wait days before you get back to me!

this is not possible "I added the 2 commands and the message came back as "Permission default already exists"" from your output there is no permission in the default group, but only for the player!

run this commands and send me the console output:

oxide.show perm ultimateindustrialfarm.vip2

You assigned yourself the VIP1 permission!

which has a higher priority and is not configured;

only the default group is configured!

You must remove permission: ultimateindustrialfarm.vip1

Or configure the vip1 group as you did for the default group and assign the permission: ultimateindustrialfarm.vip1.

I have revoked vip1 and I only appear in the Default but it's still not working properly. 

I have noticed the following in your .json file;

 "Industrial Settings": {

These all suggest you can enable or disable customization for the individal entities? But the options are missing for the Chicken Coop and Beehive!

"Enable Chicken Auto Pet. Default False": true,
          "Enable Artificial Sunlight. Default False": true,
          "Artificial Sunlight Value, from 0 to 100. Default 0.0": 100.0,
          "Enable Eggs Auto Hatching. Default False": true,
          "No Food and Water required. Default False ": false,

Some of the choices above, Auto Hatching & No Food and Water required, work fine.

BUT WHY are the others NOT WORKING!

The configuration I gave you for the chicken coop is correct and works; I've tested it.

These are its settings (IN THE DEFAULT GROUP).

  "Disable food spoilage in the container. Default false": true
},



Remove all permissions from the ultimateindustrialfarm plugin and keep only the following permissions:

ultimateindustrialfarm.use
ultimateindustrialfarm.default

Once done, remove the automation from the chicken coop and re-enable it. Automatic hatching works; you just need to give it a time to run.

For other configurations (PlanterBox, Beehive, choose the settings you want, always in the default group)

And you need to assign them to the default group, not to the player.
I tested the configuration I sent you, and everything works without problems.

That works fine, thank you very much. I think the problem was inherited permissions from admin. It takes a little time for the "Auto Pet" and "Artificial Sun" to show but once there, they both seem to stay at maximum with no input from me. Great stuff. The only thing I have noticed is the food is still decaying. Any thoughts?

Various customizations take a while to display, to improve the plugin's performance.
There's a timer, so the next run depends on the timer setting.
A fix is planned to improve this when customizations are applied for the first time.

The same goes for spoiling food; can you see if it's back to full health?

I open the coop, click on the food and the timer starts counting down.

When I close then re-open, the timer re-sets to just under 48 hours.

All is working very well and thanks so much for your support and above all your patients.

I'm really enjoying the plugin.
