Incomplete/Broken Map

From the start when purchased Oct 2025, the map wasn’t functioning correctly. Even after the map developer said everything had been “fixed,” nothing actually improved — not after multiple server reboots, not after reloading every updated version they provided. Eventually, the developer told me that the only way their fixes would apply correctly was to do a full wipe mid-wipe, which is entirely unrealistic for any server owner, especially one who doesn’t wipe mid-cycle. I maintained clear, open and well documented communication with the developer, highlighting all found glitches, errors, and problems.

On top of that, there were significant issues with terrain layering throughout the map. Many items and pieces of vegetation were unnaturally glitched or sunken into the ground, making several areas look broken and unfinished and combined with the other problems — missing monuments, errors, and hastily added content — the final product didn’t align with the map’s description or the recommendation I was given. It came across as something that hadn’t been properly reviewed or tested before being sold.

Given the extent of the issues, the lengthy attempts to resolve them with the developer, and the month-long period without any response, I am formally requesting a refund. The only solution offered so far has been a 30% discount coupon for the developer’s other products, which I neither need nor intend to purchase. This does not address the problems with the original map, nor does it represent a reasonable resolution.

I am therefore requesting that the refund be processed.

Well, you are describing the issues with the map that occurred in October 2025. I only received reports concerning above‑water and underwater monuments (in particular, underwater labs and oil rigs). All the issues you reported to me were resolved, and we maintained daily communication. At the end of October 2025, the map received its latest version to date, in which all errors were fixed. We discussed the refund for the map in a private Discord chat, and you are already aware of my response.

I appreciate you clarifying your position.

From my perspective, the concerns I raised extended beyond just the monuments you mentioned. While some issues were attempted to be addressed, not all of them were resolved, and the map as a whole still felt incomplete. In addition, the way it was marketed did not accurately reflect the condition or level of polish we experienced once it went live.

Yes, we maintained daily communication, and I acknowledged the efforts made. That said, partial fixes during an active wipe do not undo the disruption or the impact on the player experience. By the time a later version was released, the damage to that wipe cycle had already occurred.

Regarding the refund, I’m aware of your response. My position remains the same. This isn’t about revisiting private conversations — it’s about accountability for delivering a product that was not fully complete or accurately represented at launch.

I’m not looking for conflict. I’m simply being clear and consistent about why the concern was raised and why I stand by it.
