Fix the spawn. 3 bots can spawn one time at 1 point and kill each other

issue was with RoadSpawn and Random Spawn

Spawn working not good any way. i setup 25 bots per tipe and they spawned by 4-5 arround 1 point and start kill each other

what map are you using and how large is it? it looks like it cannot find any suitable points and fallbacks to beach
