I'm using Carbon.

My goal was to avoid large farms and industrial facilities. Unfortunately, it's very easy to circumvent the limit system: simply place planters. Once the limit is reached, reskin the planters to Railroad Planters and continue placing standard planters.

The same works with small furnaces. Reach the limit, reskin them to Legacy, and continue placing small furnaces without a limit.

The second problem: In the GUI, boat structures are indistinguishable from building structures. So you have to guess what you're limiting.

Problem number 3 that I encountered: I set limits globally, then limits in the Toolcupboard. After a reload, the global limits were reset to 100,000, but the checkboxes were still there. After repeatedly resetting the values, I gave up.
