I didn't see it anywhere (could be my bad searching skills), but does this plugin support Kits - more specifically, the Kits plugin? Even MORE specifically, designating a list of Kits and having the RNPCs pick one randomly on spawn?

no, you can only setup exact loadout for each bot in config, we'll probably add support for random loadouts later
