Smelting furnaces and oil refineries shut down immediately

If I turn them back on, coal is thrown out.
Stack size is large enough.

Do you have any other furnace plugin in the server like quicksmelt?

No, nothing like that, it's been like this since today. 
I deactivated the plugin and it worked again, but as soon as I reactivated the plugin, the error reappeared.

I think I found the error
[FurnaceUpgrades] FurnaceUpgrades conflicts with the ‘StackModifier’
There was an update today.
