Monument NPCs cannot be set to true

Hello,
I change the setting, e.g., Airfield to true,
restart the plugin, and it is set to false again.
What am I doing wrong?
I changed the plugin once and restarted it, and once I also turned it off, changed it, and restarted it. 
Somehow, it is not working. 

Hello! We are having the same issues. Hopefully someone posts an answer on how to resolve this soon   We also noticed that the preset on min/max respawn time after death is set to 0.

Hello, interesting situations.. Can you send your files? configurations NpcSpawn and BetterNpc, data folders BetterNpc, NpcSpawn/Preset and LootManager/LootTables, and specify which versions of plugins you upgraded from and what exactly you did? Have you used the ConvertLootManager command?
