Plugin Deletes Itself

I dont know why but the plugin keeps deleting itself from my server its doing it to Npc Spawn too I dont understand why its doing it to just these plugins as everything else is perfectly fine

We worked it out....its to do with our "updater plugin" thats deleting the plugins not replacing them on restarts then I have to manually add everything back its actually annoying and for the first time in like 2 years I dont like this plugin

Having the same issue. This lootmanager plugin cooked every event plugin i own. Contemplating just removing them all and being done with it. Its turned admin into a fultime job.

Hello, what does LootManager have to do with removing your plugins? Check the UpdaterNpcSpawn.cs and UpdaterBetterNpc.cs files in the plugins folder

LootManager has nothing to do with it for me its UpdaterNpcSpawn.cs and UpdaterBetterNpc.cs that are the problem

Have you deleted them and everything is fixed?

All these plugins have been updated to accomodate lootmanager is what they have to do with it!

no, all these plugins have been updated due to huge changes in their operation, LootManager is only a small part, it's a pity that you didn't notice it

No i just removed UpdaterNpcSpawn.cs and UpdaterBetterNpc.cs and removed the code for the use of these plugins to get BetterNPC and NPCSpawner to work without deleting themselves. Its only a temp fix for now

I don't understand what temporary solution you are talking about, Updaters are only needed to upgrade from NpcSpawn 2.8.4 and BetterNpc 1.3.3 to new versions, you must use them 1 time.

I've tried to get the plugin to work and it's broken and I need help fixing it or I think I'll have to remove it also from my server if I can't get it to work.

What is the solution to getting the NPC's to spawn again?

Didnt notice the changes cause it wont run. Deletes itself on restart as the per the support ticket, shame u didnt notice that.

Fantastic, at first you blamed the Loot Manager for ignoring the instructions attached to BetterNpc, without which the plugins would even work and for which there was not a single appeal related to NpcSpawn and BetterNpc. As you may have noticed, the ticket author has already solved his problems, although not perfectly, JustANoom has already solved his problems completely with me, and you just decided not to blame the Loot Manager, but me, right?   If you think that I should try to persuade you to solve your problems, then you are mistaken, first of all you should want to do it.

At least start with something, I can't point you to the magic button that you need to press and all the problems will be solved.
Do you have backup?
Did you do it manually before starting the update, or by backup do you mean data/BetterNpc_old/, do you have backup config/NpcSpawn and config/BetterNpc?
Send all kinds of files related to these plugins, except *.cs files.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with this beginning of the solution to your question, then I can only recommend deleting all new files, going back to the previous version and trying again, strictly following the instructions provided with the BetterNpc plugin. (In version 2.1.6, by the way, UpdaterBetterNpc.cs has been improved)
