[Request] Discord integration

If the tweet content is linked to Discord, it will be possible to check it in the admin channel.
It would be great if attached images could also be linked to monitor.
Of course, there might be performance and technical difficulties... I hope so.

I wil be adding this on the next update asap

On a related note, I think it would be great to have a command-based posting feature.
This could be useful for in-game event notifications, announcements from the admins, and integrating with various plugins.

Example:
/xpost server "HI!"

An error occurs after posting to social media.
Although the content does not appear immediately after posting, it does show up once you click "HOME."

I came here to report this, but it seems this error occurs when Discord hasn't been configured.
I hadn't realized that support for this had been added—I just noticed it now!
However, I tried entering the Discord channel webhook into the "Discord Config" section, but it doesn't seem to be working.
Could you let me know what exactly needs to be configured here?
