I’m writing to follow up regarding the trade that was mentioned earlier.

You offered the possibility to exchange the map I purchased for another product of yours. I would like to confirm that I am willing to proceed with that trade.

At this point, all I need is a clear confirmation from you so we can finalize this properly.

If the offer is still valid, I’m ready to move forward with the exchange.
If not, please let me know so that I have clarity on the situation.

Hello, the issue you are referring to was closed by you.

You mentioned that you contacted Codefling to request a refund and that Codefling accepted your request.

 

In addition to requesting a refund, as well as leaving a bad review that attempts (ATTEMPTS) to damage my reputation, I am also leaving you a list of things you have obtained for free:

- Your money (this money has been refunded by me to Codefling).

- Free custom map.

- Free custom monuments.

- Hours of my life, hours of free work.

 

As I mentioned at the beginning of this message, the matter is closed on your part, and now on mine.

I want to make my intentions clear to you that if you continue with this matter or try to bother me, you will be reported to Codefling. Do not waste my valuable time any longer.

From this moment on, I am blocking/ignoring you.

Hi,

I would like to clarify this calmly and clearly.

This ticket was opened on November 29th, 2025.
For over two months, I have been waiting for a final decision or clear communication.

I have not written any public review about the product.
All communication from my side was handled only through this support ticket, which is the appropriate place to report product issues.

My intention was never to damage anyone’s reputation. I simply reported the issues I experienced and waited for a resolution.

From this point forward, I will continue the clarification regarding the refund directly with Codefling.
