No Wood Consumption when Enabled

When the plugin is active, no matter the multiplier, it will consume no wood fuel and produce no charcoal. Work without fuel is set to "No"
 

When unloaded it will consume fuel again.

Does it no consume fuel for every oven? or for a specific one?

So far i tested it on the refiner and large furnace. 

Also, occasionally I still get NRE BaseOven.BudgetedUpdate spam in the console and I have to unload and load the plugin for it to stop. I will run more tests when I get home.
