1. how do you delete a spawned portal - deleting a custom portal is fine, but cant seem to delete a spawned portal
2. is there an issue with setting up portals between the floating city (Deep Sea) and the Bandit camp/Outpost
3. what are the default settings for all types of portal? how do you ensure all can use a portal?
