Cannot enter the portal, please fix it.

Permission, Portal name setting, everything is no problem.

The message No Portal... is appears on Log when I try to enter the portal

No not in console, in game and aslo what method you use /giveportal and then you place it or /spawnportal

Nothing in game
giveportal was succesed

No Portal... is appears on console when I try to enter the portal

No other message or log.
