No damage to Players or Player bases oafter update

Hey,

There is no damage to players or player bases after RUST update, but players can shoot down helis as normal.

All works fine for the regular helis.

I'm using TruePVE and the only rulesets related to heli are these (haven't changed in months) which worked fine up until now
"anything can hurt heli",
 "heli can hurt anything",

FYI - all works fine in previous version 1.2.32 ( I rolled back and tested). So using that version for now until it's fixed

Noticed the same issue for us , i also rolled back for now till its fixed.
