ownership issues with cargo/oil

a player is owner of oilrig. cargo ship comes a little too close to oilrig and the player loser ownership of oil rig and becomes owner of cargo instead using the time setting and   "Should the player be allowed to become the owner of another monument if he scored the required number of points? (In this case, the owner's status on the previous monument will be lost for him or his teammate)": false,
