BUG after Febrary update

Players who reached the peaceful town in the new Naval map are getting a "Shared Vehicle" violation in the hook, triggered by players with strange nicknames like 497, 462, 303, and 363 (I think these are new bots). There's no Discord notification. Could you please test and fix this?
