    I configure the plugins and everything step by step and when I restart them the confi file returns to default and tells me that I do not have MultiverseCore.admin permission when I do

    I've tried replicating this, but none of the servers become out of sync nor have issues like that happening. My guess is to try and run a test version with fewer plugins of at least 2 connected-with-eachother servers and see from there, but even then, I am running 3 connected servers and there are a few standard and complex plugins that don't interfere.

    If you'd have more info on your environment and steps to replicate based on the way you've got your server set up, would be great!
