Error at owning an event

I have the monument:

    "Timers": {

        "Cooldown timer after becoming monument owner during which the player cannot claim the title again in seconds": 300.0,  

        "Timed duration which the player will retain ownership of the monument in seconds": 1200,  

        "The amount of time which the owner can leave the monument area and retain their title in seconds": 300

    }

But when i get into the event it auto exit and says You have the owner of this monument for 0 seg !
And i can not own the event again.
Need an update!

Changed Status from Pending to Work in Progress

well i did find the error, i just uninstall all the plugging and configurated all from 0 and did work.. I think it was a corupted file in the server from restarting several times.

Changed Status from Work in Progress to Not a Bug
