1. Could you please advise how to fix the text above the vending machines? For some reason it doesn’t work like in your screenshot.

2. I also wanted to ask whether it’s possible, using this plugin (https://codefling.com/plugins/custom-item-manager), to allow drones to pick up items?

You do not have a / in front of color in your closing color tag. It should be </color> not <color>

That plugin won't have any impact on CIV and drone usage. Drone usage is not possible with it atm.
