Custom Item not working

Hi there

As a prize I have added Skill Tree Items adding both the Item Short Name of xmas.present.small and also the ItemSkinID and when you complete the quest it gives you the items however when you use them instead of giving XP and Skill Tree points they just open like a small present

Have I done something wrong in the config or can I not give custom items like this?
