Error

Hello, the player has a Heli signal wave but sometimes it happens that he has a flamethrower in his hand but the signal grenade is on the way. This has happened once before. Is there any way to fix it?

Do players purchase signals from a shop or get from loot? You have incorrectly set up the item somewhere in a loot table with the wrong shortname.

I buy in the store.

Then the store config for that item has the wrong shortname

everything was working fine until I uploaded your latest update plugins which are constantly problematic, you say you will fix it in the next update

It worked for a year set up like this and suddenly it's acting up, I don't think I have it set up wrong

I have told you what the issue is, if someone has a flame thrower with a Heli Signal skinID, someone has added that item incorrectly in loot or shop. I cannot tell you anything more, that is the only way. My plugin does not create items with the wrong shortname, it is impossible. Take it or leave it.
