Getting this error when starting up the bot? Any way to fix it please?

i changed the name of file but i was still getting that error even with the original file name and still got the error please help

Have you done an npm update and npm install?

Yes i did a npm update nd  install but i still get the same error im probably just gonna create another hosting and try it on a fresh one
