console error

Hi , i'm facing this problem when i want to open a case.

after downloading the plugin, it should take some time until all the images are loaded by the plugin. if the images did not load in time, then the plugin will return an error to the console. otherwise, are you using the default config?

no, i did a lot of modification on the config, about 20 boxes and 300 custom files

I think the problem is from my config, i ve set too many cases, i got more than 20 in total, i ve reduces down to 20 and clear the config files.

It seem better now except for the missing pictures.
