Players do not have Artifact slots, Only the Admin does

For some reason only i have the artifact slots despite everyone on the server has the perms to have the slots, they can open the menu, they just don't have any. Attached is a screenshot of my players inventory, and a screenshot of Default Perms

Check config at first. And second try load only my and IL plugin, because I haven’t this problem. Maybe other plugin have conflict with my

And check players permission without secondary plugin, with default oxide command

Reloading Seemed to have fixed the issue
