map bug; users clipping through terrain

Helllo!

one of my players reported that they fell through the map around the cave entrance -- middle-right of C5.   Was able to go to where he died and yeah, as you walk out of the cave, you clip through the terrain and within a few steps fall into the white void.  

go to -825.48 24.91 455.86 and walk forward (south) and you clip through the rock face.
