Hi, 
it seems the dancing NPC`s do not dance, they are in a static mode!

Hi. Due to Facepunch's DLC policy, NPCs don't dance. However, I don't understand how you managed to duplicate the event in the picture?

It is duplicated as it did not start immediately and I was not sure why it did not start, and I have started it 3 times in a row, but now I have modified the json file to start the event automatically whenever is set! But good to know about the DLC!
