Skinner very slow now?

Skinner was doing great, but after yesterday's wipe, everything is very slow for everyone -- waiting for skins to fill in so players can select a skin, that's noticeably slower today over 2 days ago.   Just FYI, hopefully it's something easily fixable?

It could be a steam thing, I know they had some down time. There is another update coming out this week so ill take a look into it.
