Chat notifications don't work

Hi, I have a problem, when a player attacks a base, it doesn't show him that you are a base under protection. Chat notifications don't work. I have everything enabled, so I don't know.

The raid protection is working, but the plugin no longer displays public messages.

Messages still appear when you enter the admin command to check status.
So it's like hitting an entity doesn't trigger the chat message anymore

Did it ever show a chat message? I only noticed a banner message.

The problem seems to be that `gametip.showgametip` is no longer functional - I suspect it was disabled when the new global notification sounds were added.

Probably ORP should instead call `player.ShowToast()`, but note that the `GameTip.Styles.Error` style has also been disabled.

It's not showing any kind of notification about the Raid Protect for sure.

Seems to be another abandoned free plugin. 

Please let us know, what else did you guys using to replace this one.
