Keeps giving me this

Are you running the server on Linux or Windows?

Did it work at one point and then quit working or never worked?

Had to start it manually , kept says 9 days until Purge when it was set for the 30th, of dec.   either way it worked after I removed True PVE , now the smooth start deal kept coming up all the time during this,  
 We are running Windows .
I just removed it until we need it at the end of the mouth again
