PVE mode is not working

Hi,
I'm not sure if this issue should be reported here.
I discovered today that in PVE mode, the crates of Bradley/helicopter can be looted by non-event owners, but the crates on the white car function correctly in PVE mode.

I'm not sure which plugin in the Loot Manager/Convoy/PvE mode is causing the issue, but I'm certain the problem emerged in one of the recent plugin updates.

Hi. I think the reason is the convoy. I will try to fix this.
