Couple of times now, the skill tree would just not work in game randomly. I would have to reload the plugin then its fine.

Sounds like an issue on your server. Haven't heard of this happening before.

When you say it doesnt work, how exactly does it stop working?

The command stops working. the /st 

other than that, it still shows you XP when doing stuff and the rank bar.

Ok, I got it figured out. Looks like the Skinner plugin used the command /st as well for "SkinTeam".  So, after the server restarted it would cause /st to not work for the SkillTree.

Change the command in Skinner config to something else and it should be sorted.
