Am I blind?

I am using this map for a small solo server for friends. And I am testing out my settings, plugins etc but while exploring I can't seem to locate the Green Card Fuse placement at the Abandoned Airfield monument. I could easily be missing something but I've been looking for at least an hour on and off.

Hello, you don't have the Rust Edit DLL on your server.

Thanks, I'll follow up if I can't figure it out.

Ok, I did all of that and I still seem to be missing a fuse box. The one middle monument also is missing one.

Everything works without fuses. Install the DLL and try to do a Wipe

Not sure, I wiped and still nothing. 
This looks correct right?

You may still have some leftover files. Try reinstalling the server. I'm showing you screenshots of the first launch of the map.
