Rust Update - Economics not running anymore

Hi, after Rust Update Economics is not running with bank system anymore.

1. bank.setbalance steamid amount is not working with economics
2. If I directly change the config, it will also not appear at my bank account
3. Also Server Panel will not show the correct amount

At my second server, where I set to "Use own economic system?": true, everything is working correctly. 

So from mho smth. happened with economics.
