Refusing to start on Carbon

I have LootManager and ArmoredTrain installed, including these folders with all contents:

carbon/data/ArmoredTrain

carbon/data/Images

carbon/data/LootManager

... but when trying to load ArmoredTrain I get:

[ArmoredTrain] Move the contents of the data folder from the archive you downloaded from the website into the oxide/data folder on your server!

Hi. ArmoredTrain has an Images and ArmoredTrain folders that you need to move into carbon/data.

Yes, as I said I have these folders in place but still get the warning. The only difference is that it's carbon/data not oxide/data

I've encountered similar issues with Carbon recently. Restarting the server usually solves them.
