Config not found and Unauthorized Access

I get this when I run /respawnmonuments in chat because it wont launch automaticly even though

I have set it to do so.

And save.json doesn't exist.

And save.json doesn't exist.

Hi, the reason is that your hosting doesn't allow the plugin LootManager Read and write files. 
To resolve this issue, try following the instructions in this video, or contact your hosting support.
