The "Nimble Fingers" skill is not working

In the video, I tried to fully capture the working principle. I attempted with the plugin disabled and with the plugin enabled. The situation is that the chest gets stuck in one place, and nothing happens to it; it becomes impossible to open. If I unload the plugin, then just like in the standard mode, I am able to untangle everything.
