When ever I unload the plugin, ingame message

This raised questions by players who thought they missed the event..lol

I will change it so it will only send message if the event is live when you unload it

Sorted it will only trigger when the event is live when you unload. 

Warn your players as it will trigger this one last time when you update it. 

Make sure to delete your config as well. I fixed a duplication bug  when uploading a new version
