Remove Trespassing Sleepers is bugged. It doesn't do two essential checks right now:

1. If the other person is sleeping

2. If the other person is trespassing.

 

So all you have to do right now is put down a TC and then you can kill anyone you want regardless of the distance as long as you have building priv..
