Image Plus_Icon was not found

hello i installed all the data files and this is the error im geting when trying to reload it Image Plus_Icon was not found i dont see that in the data files of your plugin am i doing somthing wrong 

Hi. You need to move the contents of the data folder from the file you downloaded from the website into the oxide/data folder on your server

I just created the folder structure without using oxides, but it doesn't work either
