Can't add new wallpaper

hey,

 

great plugin but can't seem to add new wallpaper with the console command (from console):

 

 addwp 3356517390 Wall or any other IDs 

console says it's added, but it is not available even after reload of plugin

 

addwp 3348012912 wall

bettertc.wallpaper.custom Display custom wallpapers to players with this permission.
